Dimensions Management Corporation is a full-service, property management corporation, which specializes in the management and operations of apartment and commercial buildings in the Chicago area.

Mr. Thomas Vollman,  Sr. Asset Manger, has specialized in commercial and investment real estate since 2009 after graduating St. Mary's University of Minnesota with degrees in Accounting and Management: Entrepreneurship. His knowledge encompasses brokerage, asset management and building operations. Mr. Vollman' s extensive asset management expertise provides a comprehensive understanding of the economics associated with operating and managing property while anticipating and understanding the needs of clients. 

Mr. Joseph V. Farago, President, has been in the real estate industry since 1965. He specializes in commercial and investment real estate and has a broad background not only in real estate management but also in brokerage. Mr. Farago´s vast experience, coupled with the industries highest accreditation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), brings a well-rounded and complete understanding of total asset management.

Mr. Robert P. Hahn, Vice President and General Manager, has specialized in commercial and investment real estate since 1982 after graduating from Northwestern University with a Master’s Degree in Advertising. Mr. Hahn´s knowledge encompasses not only real estate management and operations but also commercial brokerage experience. His expertise in business administration and operations creates a seamless connection between building operations, accounting, financing, reporting and marketing. 

Dimensions Management Corporation operates over 900 apartments and commercial spaces that represent total assets in excess of $125 million. The unique structure and organization of the business provides for personal “hands-on” attention to each property and gives Dimensions Management the ability to handle problems immediately. In addition, Dimensions Management keeps full-time rental agents on staff whose only priority is to keep Dimensions Management´s portfolio fully rented.
